In order to make the process fair to everyone, do not fill out this form before Saturday February 10 at 10:00am. Camp
pre-registrations received before that time will be discarded before the pre-registration process begins.
Camp fills up quickly, so it's important that everyone has an equal chance of registering. We ask that you respect this policy. Don't panic - we make every effort to accommodate as many girls as we can so everyone can have a wonderful camp experience. 

 
Trail and Sail Community Camp is staffed entirely by volunteers to provide a safe and fun camp experience for a wide range of girls. All adult volunteers are trained in Girl Scout policies and procedures as well as in outdoor camping skills.
Camp Lyle McLeod is a Girl Scouts of Western Washington Council camp located on Lake Bennettson, near Belfair, WA.
Camp is open to any girl entering 2nd through 12th grade in the fall. Girls are assigned to units by grade level.  All units are located around the lake.
Everyone has an opportunity for swimming, boating, games, songs, and crafts. Archery is offered 6th grade and above.
Well-balanced meals are provided.

This on-line pre-registration process reduces the paperwork needed. But, as there is no way for us to be completely paperless at this time, be aware that all pre-registrations will be processed in the order camp fees and complete paperwork (all five required forms) are received by U.S. Mail by the camp registrar. 

Camp forms will be available on the Trail and Sail Community Camp website at

The five required forms are:
1. Camper Registration (has Consent of Parent or Guardian)
2. Community camper health history
3. Community Camper Code of Conduct
4. Camper Release Form
5. Share Your Daughter 
Your application ONLY becomes valid when we have received your camp fees. (includes a $25.00 non-refundable deposit) and complete camp paperwork.

8. Is the camper a registered Girl Scout?
If no, please go to www.girlscoutsww.org to register. 
Please include a copy of your registration with the required paperwork. *This question is required.
9. If your camper is going into the 7th grade in September 2024 she may be placed in the Ark. The Ark is a water-skill program in which the girls work on their canoe certification. Please answer this question for placement.
11. Does your camper have any special dietary needs?   *This question is required.
12. Does your camper have any special medical needs/issues? *This question is required.
13. T-shirt Size ( cost included in Camp Fees) *This question is required.
14. Optional Sweatshirt add $50 to your camp fees

As the parent of legal guardian of the above child, I give permission for the above named child to be photographed and/or audio/video taped during this event and for the images and/or recordings to be published, reproduced or distributed by Girl Scouts and its affiliates in all outlets, including but not limited to television, newspapers, internet, council publications, recruitment materials and ads without liability or limitation or claims on my minor's part.

Please be aware that we will send you an email confirmation when we receive all of your camper's paperwork. If the paperwork is incomplete, we will send you an email requesting the remaining paperwork.
Remember, until your paperwork is completed, your daughter is NOT registered for camp.

Girls will be registered as we receive fees and COMPLETE paperwork on a "first come" basic. We will ONLY accept MAILED fees and forms - No electronic forms - Please do not attempt to drop off anything to the directors.
