Housing in rural Alabama is scarce, and the COVID-19 crisis has increased the demand for housing. To respond to the situation, the Alabama Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) has developed the Rural Alabama Landlord Engagement Roundtable (RALER) Initiative to coordinate and collaborate with local landlords, management companies, and developers.
